How To Setup Profile ? +

Step 1: Log In To Your Chef Account in Omade
Step 2: In Dashboard Click the “Profile button” on the Top Right Corner Of The Site.
Step 3: Click On the Title You Want To Edit
Step 4: After Editing Click “Submit” Which You Will See at The Bottom Of The Profile Section
You Have Successfully Edited Your Profile.


How To Upload Documents ? +

Step 1: Log In To Your Chef Account in Omade
Step 2: In Dashboard Click the “Profile button” on the Top Right Corner Of The Site.
Step 3: Inside The Profile Section, Click On “Documents”
Step 4: Enter The Document name You are going to Add
Step 5: Click “Submit” Which You Will See at The Bottom Of The Document Section
Step 6: You will see a the message “Updated Successfully”.


How To Add Open Timings ? +

Step 1: Log In To Your Chef Account in Omade
Step 2: In Dashboard Click the “Profile button” on the Top Right Corner Of The Site.
Step 3: Inside The Profile Section, Click On “Open Time”
Step 4: Enter The Business Time Of Your Kitchen Datewise.
Step 5: Click “Submit” Which You Will See at The Bottom Of The Open Time Section
Step 6: You will see a the message “Updated Successfully”.
You Have Successfully added Your Open Timings.


How To Add Average Prep Time ? +

Step 1: Log In To Your Chef Account in Omade
Step 2: In Dashboard, Click On The 3 Line on the top left of the site
Step 3: Click On “Date And Time”
Step 4: Enter Your Average Preparation Time From “5 min To 180 min”.
Step 5: Enter The Average Preparation Time For Particular Days By Clicking “Add more”
Step 6: Click “Submit” Which You Will See at The Bottom Of Date & Time Section
Step 7: You will see a the message “Updated Successfully”
You Have Successfully added Your Average Order Preparation Time.


How To Setup Menu? +

Step 1: Log In To Your Chef Account in Omade
Step 2: In Dashboard, Click On The 3 Line on the top left of the site
Step 3: Click On “Category”
Step 4: There Will be a Default Menu, which you can edit it to your Preference
Step 5: Or To Create a Menu Head Click “Add Menu”.
Step 6: Enter The Menu Head name (i.e. Breakfast) and Click Submit
Step 7: Click The Menu Head you created.
Step 8: Click “Add Category” and Enter The Category name (i.e. Veg) and Click Submit
Step 9: Click The Category you created
Step 10: Click “Add Item” and Enter The Item name (i.e. Dosa) and Click Submit
Step 11: Repeat The Steps And Add All Items You need
You Have Successfully Setup Your Menu.


How to Add Modifiers to the Item ? +

Step 1: Log In To Your Chef Account in Omade
Step 2: In Dashboard, Click On The 3 Line on the top left of the site
Step 3: Click On Category
Step 4: Click The Item For which You want to “Add Modifier Group”
Step 5: Click Add Modifier and Enter The Details Of the Modifier and Click Submit
You Have Successfully added Modifiers.


How To Setup Menu Via Excel ? +

Step 1: Log In To Your Chef Account in Omade
Step 2: In Dashboard, Click On The 3 Line on the top left of the site
Step 3: Click On “Category”
Step 4: Click Sample Data In the Menu Editor Section
Step 5: Open The Downloaded Excel And Enter All The details and make sure to leave spaces After every Data
Step 6: Save The Excel
Step 7: In Menu editor section click Choose file and Upload the edited Excel and Click Import
You Have Successfully added Your Menu Via Excel.


How To Add Payout Preference ? +

Step 1: Log In To Your Chef Account in Omade
Step 2: In Dashboard, Click On The 3 Line on the top left of the site
Step 3: Click On Payout Details And Click On Add Bank Account
Step 4: Click The Payout Method (i.e. Stripe) and Click Next
Step 5: Enter All The details and Click submit

How To Accept Orders ? +

Step 1: Click the Chef App And Login To Your Account
Step 2: Make sure Your Notification Sound Is in Full Volume and You are In Orders Section.
Step 3: Once your Restaurant Gets An Order, A ringing notification will Ring for 3 min.
Step 4: : Click New Order and Now Your Average preparation Order Timer will start.
You Have Successfully Accepted the Order.


How To Make An Item Available Or Unavailable to The Foodies ? +

Step 1: Click the Chef App And Login To Your Account.
Step 2: Click the 3 lines on the top left of the app.
Step 3: Click Menu.
Step 4: Click The menu head and Category in which the desired Item is placed.
Step 5: Click The eye button in Item and select Available or unavailable.
You Have Successfully Made An Item Available Or Unavailable to The Foodies.


MANAGING ORDERS

How To Complete Orders ? +

Step 1: After Preparing the Food, Click The Order ID.
Step 2: Click “Order Is Ready”.
Step 3: And After The Order Is Picked Up Click “Order Complete”.
You Have Successfully Completed Orders.


What To Do While Delay Orders ? +

Step 1: Click The Order ID In Order Section.
Step 2: Click Delay Orders.
Step 3: Select Your Delay Time and State The Reason For your Delay.
Step 4: Click Delay Order.

How To Cancel Orders ? +

Step 1: Click The Order ID In Order Section.

Where/How To Check Whether Your Order Payment is Reflecting In Your Web Chef Dashboard ? +

Step 1: Log In To Your Chef Account in Omade.
Step 2: Check Whether Your Sales Have been Increased By Your sales amount.
Step 3: Click On The 3 Line on the top left of the site and Click Payout details.
Step 4: Here You Can Check Your Net Payout Amount.
Step 5: To check the particular Order, Click the week the order is made.
Step 6: Click the Date and you can see the order Id.
That’s How You will see Whether Your Order Payment is Reflecting In Your Web Chef Dashboard.
